Guadalupe Terrazas, MSN, FNP-C, CMSRN

Guadalupe Terrazas is a Certified Nurse Practitioner through the AANP.  Guadalupe received her BSN from Arizona State University.  She later graduated with honors from University of Phoenix, earning a Master's degree in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner.

Guadalupe has over 11 years of healthcare experience.  She worked at Banner University Medical Center - Phoenix for over 8 years as a bedside nurse and in clinical leadership.  During this time, she worked for a variety of specialty units including pulmonary, neurology, bariatric, orthopedic and general/medical/surgical units.  Guadalupe then transferred to Banner Estrella Medical Center where she cared for patients in the emergency department.  

As a bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Guadalupe is eager to continue providing exceptional and individualized care to her patients.  Having an ultimate goal of giving back to her community through quality care of new and chronic conditions, wellness education and health promotion. 

Guadalupe is a native Arizonan.  She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two young boys.  She enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures.
